Description
The Air Quality Monitoring System Using IoT is a smart environmental monitoring project designed to measure and analyze the quality of surrounding air in real time. This system is built using an STM32 Board as the main controller, which collects data from the MQ135 Gas Sensor to detect harmful gases and pollutants present in the atmosphere.
The MQ135 sensor continuously monitors air quality levels and sends the measured data to the STM32 board for processing. An ESP-01 Wi-Fi Module is connected to the system, enabling wireless transmission of air quality data to IoT platforms or mobile applications for remote monitoring and analysis.
An I2C LCD Display is used to display real-time air quality values and system status. The system also includes Green LED and Red LED indicators to provide a quick visual representation of air quality conditions. When the air quality is within a safe range, the green LED glows. If the pollution level exceeds the predefined threshold, the red LED turns on and a buzzer activates to alert users about unhealthy air conditions.
The entire circuit is powered by a 5V DC Adapter, ensuring stable operation of all components. This IoT-based solution can be installed in homes, offices, industries, schools, and public areas to continuously monitor environmental conditions and help maintain a healthier atmosphere.
